Day 3 – Strategic Thinking and Research

Day 3 was all about expanding our knowledge. Our training covered Sales & Business Development Workflow, the Sales Funnel & Sales Process, and Strategic Planning in Digital Marketing. Understanding these aspects would help us develop an app that aligned with business goals.

We took another step forward by linking different user dashboards to their respective modules, refining the app’s workflow. Researching similar HRIS platforms like People HR and Sprout gave us insights into industry standards and best practices.

On the technical side, we began studying Google Apps Script, a key component in our development process. By the end of the day, team roles were further refined, ensuring clarity in responsibilities. A discussion with Sir Allen reinforced our structured approach and set the tone for the upcoming development phases.
